The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has officially released the National List of Passers for the Career Service Examination – Professional Level, conducted last March 2, 2025 through the traditional pen-and-paper test. The results, which were published on May 2, 2025, include the names of examinees from across the country who successfully met the passing rate set by the CSC. This examination is a key requirement for individuals aspiring to secure permanent positions in government agencies, as it grants eligibility for first and second-level career service positions.
Out of the 318,973 examinees nationwide, only 46,470 passed, resulting in a national passing rate of 14.57%. This competitive exam tested candidates on areas such as general information, numerical ability, verbal reasoning, and analytical thinking—skills deemed essential for public service roles. The CSC emphasized the integrity and transparency of the examination process and commended all passers for their perseverance and commitment to public service excellence.
To verify inclusion in the list, examinees can access the official CSC Examination Result Portal and search by region, exam type, and surname. In addition, the OCSERGS (Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System) will be available starting May 17, 2025, allowing both passers and non-passers to obtain their individual test results. The release of these results marks a significant milestone for thousands of Filipinos who aspire to contribute to the nation through service in government institutions.
